From Hampton/Newport News
From the peninsula take I-64E toward Chesapeake, exit the highway at exit 290A (battlefield) go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Campostella Rd., Look for the Life Center on the right just before Portlock Rd.

From Norfolk
From Downtown Norfolk take I-464S toward Chesapeake exit at Military Highway  go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Campostella Rd., Look for the Life Center on the left just after Portlock Rd.


From Virgina Beach
From Virgina Beach take I-264W, merge on to I-64E exit the highway at exit 290A (battlefield) go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Campostella Rd., Look for the Life Center on the right just before Portlock Rd.
 

From Suffolk
From Suffolk take I-664S, merge on to I-64W exit the highway at exit 290A (battlefield) go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Campostella Rd., Look for the Life Center on the right just before Portlock Rd.
